Repeating Thought Loops
Do you ever find yourself worrying the same old worries, thinking the same old thoughts, feeling the same old pain? It can feel like you are stuck in ever-repeating loop of thoughts.
When you realize we can have about 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day (thats’s 35-45 thoughts per minute) the most shocking thing is most of these thoughts are repetitive, and serve no real purpose.
It’s that one thought attracts more thoughts like it until eventually whatever you are thinking about the most manifests into your reality.
Most of us have things in our lives that are not the way we want them to be. We’ve developed patterns of thinking that hold our vibration in the same place in those areas.
How to Get Unstuck?
Whether it’s childhood doubts and fears that seem to creep back in or something that triggers one of your sensitive spots, you don’t have to give them more energy.
First of all realize that negative thoughts are perfectly normal. Everyone has them and you will never have a time when you won’t have to corral that monkey mind. The trick is to know how to handle them
Being able to separate your thoughts from your sense of self is one of the most useful things you can do.
Think of yourself as being made up of four parts.
This means: You. Are. Not Your. Mind. Your mind is just a tool for you to use.
Speaking of Tools
How would you like to have a tool that works like a reset button to help you stop listening to those negative thoughts?
First Notice your thought, awareness is the first step.
Then, know it’s not real; It’s just a thought, no judgement or resistance.
Then you can try pivoting with this tool.
It’s called a focus wheel and it’s inspired by Abraham-Hicks. It helps you raise your vibration gradually, in small increments, so that you can change your vibrational patterns and change what you’re attracting.

The Abraham Hicks Focus Wheel also available as a smart phone app.
Here is a pdf to explain the process: http://www.thevortex.me/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/focuswheel.pdf
With this helpful tool and an ease and awareness about those repetitive negative thoughts that little doubting voice doesn’t have a chance.
Are you going to give it a try?
