Harnessing the subconscious mind power can be your ticket for success in life and business. But when you talk about your struggles and why you can’t achieve something, you are actually reaffirming these detrimental thoughts in your subconscious mind.
We are all guilty of this at some point in your life.
You may say “I always have trouble with…” or “I can’t do this because I don’t have the means” or “I am not very good at” or similar phrases.
I am sure you have been guilty of this. I know I have been.
So you need to turn this thinking around.

Here is an exercise I want you to try.
First write out some affirmations. Write them out in such a way to talk about you having already achieved them, and not from a position of lack.
For example don’t say, “I want to get out of debt” because by the very words you are focusing on being in debt AND that you want to achieve something which infers that you are not sure you can achieve it. Instead say, “I have an abundance of wealth so I live a life of luxury.”
Notice the difference?
Instead of saying “I want to lose weight”, say “I have a fit, heavy body. And I feel powerful!”
Now write down five or six affirmations along those lines. Do it now. 🙂
Programming the Supercomputer
If you had access to a supercomputer of immense power, and if you told it that you wanted wealth it would produce money for you (legally.. lol), would you use it? I know I would tell it that I wanted wealth throughout the day.
Well you subconscious is like a supercomputer. You have the ability to harness your subconscious mind power by programming it. You program your subconscious with positive affirmations.
Now that you have those affirmations written out (you did follow what I asked, right?) take a picture of them with your phone. You want these affirmations to be with you all the time, and I am sure you are like most people nowadays and you have your cell phone on you all the time.
Look at these positive affirmations throughout the day.
Now the most critical times to look at your positive affirmations is before bed and when you first wake up.
Before you go to bed, turn your phone on airplane mode (so you don’t get disturbed) and read through your affirmations, imagining that they have already happened. Then go to sleep and let your subconscious work for you. Let it do all the important processing.
As soon as you wake up, before turning the airplane mode of on your phone, read the affirmations again. Imagine as if they have already happened. The reading first thing in the morning programs you conscious mind to focus on you affirmations.
Using Your Subconscious Mind Power Going Forward
You will find that by reading your positive affirmations every day like I just described that you will start making important strides towards achieving your goals. It will start working like magic.
